Most USA based orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days after receiving your order and confirming your payment then shipping times can vary from 14-21 days to arrive, so please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

In our quest to find great quality products, we source our products from several highly reputable suppliers/manufacturers so if your order includes different products, it’s possible that they will come from different suppliers and therefore will be delivered separately.

NOTE: We’re sorry but at the moment, we’re only serving and shipping to customers in the continental United States. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We, at GreatOffersOnly.com, always strive to give you the best products and service that we can provide so if you have an issue with your order, please contact us at support@greatoffersonly.com so we can try and resolve any issue that you may have.

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Before returning any item, please contact us first at support@greatoffersonly.com for a Return Request. We will give you instructions on how and where to return it. Please do not send it back to the supplier/manufacturer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return your product, send it by mail to GreatOffersOnly.com – 10-8550 Torbram Road, Suite #400, Brampton, Ontario L6T 0H7, Canada.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@greatoffersonly.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@greatoffersonly.com and send your item to GreatOffersOnly.com – 10-8550 Torbram Road, Suite #400, Brampton, Ontario L6T 0H7, Canada.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

NOTE: Any FREE Plus Shipping items on our site DO NOT qualify for refunds, unless received damaged, or broken, and proof with a picture is sent to our support group and verified.
